We can also help you with your first boat, offer private lessons aboard your boat, and we do sail and canvas repair as well.
We are closed for the season. Please check back to see our upcoming classes for 2016. Feel free to contact us to get added to our email list.

What is it like to sail at Tahoe? Summer lake winds are variable, typically gentle north winds in the morning, becoming stronger in the afternoon/evenings and swinging out from the west/southwest. The challenge lies in the unpredictability from one moment to the next and you will learn to read the wind on the water as you sail Tahoe. On the real windy days, gusts can get up to 40+ knots and waves heights to match! Our school is located on the southwest corner of the lake and so enjoys some protection from most heavy winds, making it the most ideal location for teaching sailing.
